Head of Game Design

Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Head of Game Design to work in our offices based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

1. Create exciting game design and math models for the slot market;
2. Ability to work with a math team to develop new math profiles;
3. Consulting and coaching math team on their math and game designs;
4. Present slot game ideas to VP of slot design;
5. Building prototypes & working with proto team to build them;
6. Producing detailed math profile documents;
7. Matching with server developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Strong math background;
2. Experience with programming – the ability to run simulations on own math logic;
3. Experience in iGaming;
4. Ability to create prototypes/use programming language to aid math design;
5. Being in touch with the slot world is ideal, knowing what works and what doesn’t work –and anything in between.
6. You’re proficient in English, both verbally and written.Good command of spoken Mandarin.
