HR Recruiter (English & Russian Fluency)

Job Description:

We are a company within iGaming industry located in Limassol and we are seeking a talented and experienced Russian-speaking Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates primarily in the Russian-speaking market. This role requires exceptional communication skills in Russian and English, as well as a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various positions within the company.
  2. Utilize a variety of recruitment methods and tools to attract top talent, with a specific focus on the Russian-speaking market.
  3. Collaborate closely with top management to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
  4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing efforts, networking, and candidate referrals.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  7. Assist in other HR-related tasks and projects, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  3. Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
  5. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  7. Highly organized with great attention to detail and accuracy.
